Our History
Kyna Associates was designed and launched by James Gittins and his team in 2011 as an Executive Appointments, IT and Business Change Recruitment Consultancy to immediate success and support from industry leading clients.
Since that time, Kyna has helped thousands of professionals and hundreds of companies achieve their people, change and technology ambitions. Multinationals such as Microsoft, Citi, MasterCard and Ageas; NFPs, including the Woodland Trust and Open University; various examination boards including Cambridge Assessment and Pearson, many high growth tech start ups and SMEs such as Comparethemarket.com and their parent BGL Group make up just a fraction of the clients our team have helped succeed.
The business has evolved to deliver a range of consultancy services to complement our core executive search specialism, drawing on our extensive experience as a partner for incredibly successful clients and candidates in their transformation and evolution. We’ve developed a vast professional network in people, change and technology sectors and transitioned from a centralised FTE model to a commercial associate partner model in 2017. We relaunched Kyna Associates – a headhunting and management consultancy – in 2022.
